Our Mission

Here at Serrano's, we have honed our skills at hard surface installations and everything that comes with it. What really struck us in our service experience is that the customer service out there from big box stores and other contractors is often not up to par. This realization became the catalyst for our vision to establish a customer-centric company.


Our paramount objective is to prioritize our customers, treating them with the utmost care and respect, akin to family. Additionally, we take great pride in extending the same level of dedication and consideration to their homes or businesses as we would to our own.

  • How long does a floor renovation usually take?

    Wood floor , sheet vinyl and LVP installations:


    0-500 sqft: 3-5 business days


    500-1000 sqft: 3-10 business days


    1000-2000 sqft: 10-15 business days


    2000-3000 sqft: 15-20 business days 




    Carpet:


    0-2000 sqft: 1-2 business Days


    2000-3000 sqft: 2-3 business days

  • Do you offer warranties on your work?

    We are proud to offer a 4 year craftsmanship warranty and a 10 year structural warranty for installs and refinishing.

    For repairs, we offer a 1 year craftsmanship warranty.


  • Are your contractors licensed and insured?

    Yes, we are bonded, carry liability insurance, and workers compensation.


  • Can you help me choose the best flooring option for my home?

    Yes, we'd love to help! We have 3 showrooms that have a variety of options for you to browse through and choose from.


  • Do you offer eco-friendly or sustainable flooring options?

    Yes, during your flooring selection we’ll make sure to guide you through all our options. 


  • How should I prepare my space before renovations begin?

    Please make sure all electronics are disconnect and that breakable items and knick knacks are boxed and put away in a safe place where work won’t be taking place. 


  • How do I maintain and care for my newly renovated floors?

    We highly recommend using BONA floor cleaner for your specific floor type (wood floor, lvp, laminate).


    We also recommend dust mopping every other day. Your floors will benefit from mist spray and mopping in the direction of the grain twice a week.


  • Can you work around my schedule to minimize disruptions?

    Yes, we’ll come up with a game plan to ensure your schedule is taken into consideration. 


  • Are there any specific permits or approvals required for the renovation

    No.

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept credit card, debit card, bank to bank transfer, check, cash, Venmo, and Zelle.
