01. Assessment

02. Sanding / Staining / Finishing
First, we will use a floor sander to sand the entire surface of the floor. This step removes the existing finish, levels any uneven areas, and smooths out imperfections. Start with a coarse grit sandpaper and gradually move to finer grits for a smoother finish. We will then stain the floor with what ever stain color you have chosen. Next, we will apply a beautiful finish that will leave your floors shining. We will buff and polish your surface, leaving your hardwood floors in optimal shape.
03. Clean-Up and Maintence
With all that sanding and buffing, there is sure to be a mess of dust and other debris. (This is why we prepared you space with dust containment tarps). We will clean up the area by damp mopping or dry dusting, whichever method is necessary to restore your space to its typical state. We will do one final inspection of the area, remove our equipment, and dispose of any accrued waste. We will restore your space to its original state by moving furniture back into the room, if necessary.
Finally, we will advice you on any tips and tricks to keep your floor in tip-top shape from here on out!
